【吳家翔／台北報導】去年9月14日晚上6點多，基隆市安樂分駐所副所長陳耀威與女警王亭鈞執行巡邏時，盤查喝酒的廖姓婦女，廖女拒絕下車，還揮舉右拳擊中王亭鈞臉部左側，隨後廖女遭上銬押回派出所，事後基隆市議員連絡基隆市長張通榮前來，要求派出所不要以妨害公務辦廖女，引發關說風暴。監委提案彈劾張通榮雖未過，但監委仍完成調查報告，監院今公布關說內容如下：

【綜合報導】中國四川省自貢市富順縣一名女孩生頭蝨，怕成同學笑柄，祖母自行購買農藥幫她除蝨，卻意外毒死孫女。當地法院昨天(4日)以過失致人死亡罪，判處這名祖母有期徒刑6個月，緩刑1年。
