【潘志偉／新北報導】新北市警方前天晚間9時許，巡邏行經中和莒光路，發現1名46歲彭姓男子神色慌張，看到警員就趕緊往巷弄內逃逸，警員趕緊上前將他攔下盤查，但警方還未開口詢問，彭男不打自招向警方說：「我以為沒有人要的。」又說：「這輛腳踏車是我跟人家買的。」警員覺得怪異，便將彭男帶回派出所訊問。
