| 雙子星案 何岳儒王佑仁交保

〔自由時報記者侯柏青／台北報導〕台北地檢署偵辦台北雙子星大樓開發弊案，日前依詐欺、偽造文書及公司法等罪嫌起訴太極雙星負責人何岳儒、發言人王佑仁等五人，檢方昨將在押的何岳儒、王佑仁移審北院。北院認為兩人涉嫌重大，但無羈押必要，裁定何以兩百萬元交保、王以一百五十萬元交保，另限制住居、出境出海。
北檢在雙子星案中，先查出台北市議員賴素如涉嫌開價一千萬元，向太極雙星金主程宏道等人索賄，賴收下第一期款一百萬元，事後雖退款並辯稱是「政治獻金」，但檢方仍依貪污罪起訴賴素如、程宏道、賈二慶及白手套彭建銘。
