| 〈獨家〉榮耀蓋國旗 家屬卻得｢自費」買旗

前監察院長王作榮上週舉辦告別式，為了表彰他的貢獻，他獲得覆蓋國旗的殊榮，但是這面國旗，嚴格說起來，並不是政府頒發，而是要由家屬自己準備，TVBS追蹤發現，內政部頒訂的覆蓋國旗要點當中，規定了覆旗資格，甚至是覆棺的國旗該怎麼收摺，但是卻內政部只負責核准，卻沒有負責提供國旗，而是要由治喪單位或是喪家自己購買，國家給的榮耀卻要自己花錢，就有家屬認為不合理，內政部也已經決定要修改規範。
3位飛行員執勤失事，蓋上青天白日滿地紅的國旗，肯定他們為國家犧牲，這是至高無上的榮譽，前監察院長王作榮，一生服務公職，不只獲得總統頒發褒揚令，也以國旗蓋棺，給予最高的尊容，但這面旗卻不是國家公發，而是必須另外花錢購買。
