【綜合報導】36歲葉政勳在新北市淡水區發生車禍，左大腿骨折，但最初收治他的淡水馬偕醫院沒為他開刀，轉診到台北榮總，也因急診塞爆排不上刀，任他在急診室躺了兩天，最後花1萬2千元包救護車至高雄義大醫院，花了4天才完成手術。
