| 急診室爆滿 斷腿開刀奔波353公里

【綜合報導】36歲葉政勳在新北市淡水區發生車禍，左大腿骨折，但最初收治他的淡水馬偕醫院沒為他開刀，轉診到台北榮總，也因急診塞爆排不上刀，任他在急診室躺了兩天，最後花1萬2千元包救護車至高雄義大醫院，花了4天才完成手術。
葉政勳指7月11日晚間，發生車禍被送到淡水馬偕醫院急診室，該院診斷他左大腿閉鎖性骨折，隔天才能開刀，他決定轉診至北市的北榮。12日凌晨零時許轉到北榮，原以為可開刀，北榮卻說開刀時間都排滿了，將他「擱」在急診室，他痛到無法進食。因不想在台北找醫院拖延時間，13日深夜，母親花了1萬2千元包救護車，送兒子回高雄老家的義大醫院，隔天下午進行手術。
