| 學者檢測發現 市售蜂蜜7成5不純

【戴安瑋／台北報導】台灣蜂蜜今年減產5成，純蜜產地價上漲 1 至2成，但宜蘭大學教授陳裕文去年從通路、水果攤抽檢的市售蜂蜜12件，有6件是百分之百用高果糖漿、焦糖色素及香精調和而成、沒有一滴蜂蜜的偽蜜，但標示為調和蜜，有3件是高果糖漿和蜂蜜對半摻的卻標示為純蜜，僅3件是真的純蜜。他說，他今年擴大抽檢130件，80件是有國產蜂產品證明標章都是真的純蜜，另50件通路及水果攤抽驗結果，將於年底出爐。
