【綜合報導】立法院長王金平涉入關說案，雖然法務部長曾勇夫已請辭獲准，但在馬英九總統要求王金平儘速返國說明後，王金平仍在馬來西亞為女兒辦喜事未歸。馬英九預定16:00在總統府召開記者會，預料將進一步說明此案。

| 醉男辱警遭法辦 嗆「交保後回來輸贏」

【陳世河／台中報導】台中神岡區張姓男子（48歲，公共危險前科）5日下4點多，喝酒後跑到神岡區豐洲路301巷馬路中間攔車，過往車輛驚嚇之餘紛紛閃避並報警，警方前往民眾報案指稱地點，發現張男正拍打路旁住家鐵門，為保護張男安全，警員將張男帶回派出所管束，不料張男被帶回派出所後情緒失控，不斷對警員大罵「幹你娘xx、龜兒子、大估呆」，警員多次勸誡張男這樣涉嫌妨害公務，不料張男沒有收斂反而撂下狠話說：「我交保出來還會來輸贏（會報復之意）警方最後在錄影蒐證後，將他依妨害公務罪嫌移送法辦。
