| 花十年考公職 做一年就辭職

一名公務人員花了十年時間才考上公職，結果考上後，才做一年就請辭，原因是「非個人志趣」、「與理想落差大」，主動揮別鐵飯碗。
一位從民間企業轉任公職的公務員，工作年資滿十二年，雖然親朋好友力勸，他仍決定在農曆年後遞出辭呈。他表示，公家機關跟民間企業差異真的很大，公務員只要把事情「做完」，卻不問是否「做好」、有沒有成果和績效，讓求好心切的他很無力。
