青春期的青少年，對於異性總是會有好奇和憧憬，一名就讀國一的少女，因為愛慕一名國三的學長而向他表白，對方將她帶回家中發生關係。不料完事後學長竟對少女說，「等一下我朋友也要」，並要朋友立刻進房。少女拒絕反抗卻仍被硬上，事後控告學長的朋友性侵。但法官認為學長也是共犯，2人均被依加重強制性交起訴。
