【李俊淇／新北報導】新北市永和分局偵破以吳姓男子為首的暴力犯罪集團，專門以暴力手段強行索討保護費，若被害人不從，不止以棍棒毆打外，綁鞭炮燃放、逼吞鋼珠，更甚者強押2名被害人觀看色情影片，強逼互打手槍，其中一名被害人不堪受辱一度撞牆自殺，警方經過長期跟監、蒐証，陸續將犯罪集團成員逮捕到案。
警方昨晚兵分多路，將吳姓主嫌及其他12名集團成員帶回偵訊，現場起出凌虐被害人的電擊槍及CO2烏茲衝鋒槍，訊後依組織犯罪條例、傷害、妨害自由、恐嚇取閉、毒品、槍砲等罪嫌送辦。
