蘋果日報-王金平批特偵組濫權 不請辭 不退黨
遭特偵組指控關說民進黨團總召柯建銘司法案第5天後，立法院長王金平昨終於返國回應，他宣讀聲明全面向特偵組宣戰，強調本案不是貪瀆案件，特偵組無權調查，「違反程序正義，特偵組實屬濫權」。另外，王在返台班機上接受《蘋果》專訪時，表達不請辭、不退黨，也不罷免總統的態度。今天《蘋果》A1、A2版將翔實呈現王金平聲明及訪問內容。

蘆洲國小歷經百年歲月，累積收藏2萬餘本《中華兒童叢書》，多年來卻堆放在校舍樓梯或走廊，任憑風吹日曬。經本報獨家報導後，近期終以「打造校內第2大文化資產」為目標，不僅挪用閒置空間設「典藏館」，還派學童接力搬書「入厝」，盼明年能供民眾重溫舊夢。
