| 再遇大雨 北寧路將預警封路

〔自由時報記者盧賢秀／基隆報導〕基隆市北寧路山頭巨石破碎工程已完成，市府希望最快在本週能恢復北寧路暢通，但濱海山頭仍有許多風化石，市府將要求林務局全面診斷、整治，同時，將來豪大雨或颱風時，要採取預警性封路、改道。
至於民宅倒塌的藍投溝一帶，市府要求相關單位針對地質做調查，不能住的區段就要做好安置計畫遷移，張通榮說，再發生災變，市府難辭其咎。
北寧路碧砂漁港對面山壁有安全顧慮的石頭都已敲除，只剩下邊坡修復零星工程。不過山頭還有許多風化石，大雨過後經常發生落石，由於都是林務局管轄的範圍，市長張通榮昨要求產業發展處與林務局協調，要求全面診斷、整治，不能明知有潛在危險卻不處理。
