| 老人玩電動 腦更靈

美國最新研究發現，年長者玩3D電玩，只要玩十二小時，就能讓大腦回春、腦力大增，透過3D電玩訓練，年長者不但更能同時執行多項任務，且記憶力、專注時間也大為提升，有些年長者表現更勝二十歲年輕人。
美國加州大學舊金山分校近日在「自然」科學期刊發表這項研究。研究人員以六十歲到八十五歲健康男女為研究對象，請他們玩3D賽車遊戲，遊戲中會蹦出各項指示，玩家必須遵循這些指示，以達成任務。研究人員發現，經由這樣的「大腦訓練」，年長者腦力提升不少，且六個月後，效果還是很明顯。
