| 民進黨民調 七成民眾批關說案不恰當

民進黨發言人林俊憲上午公布民進黨民調中心於10、11日所做的民調。林俊憲指出，民調顯示有70.2%的民眾認為，馬總統至今對關說案的處理方式不適當，16.3%的民眾認為適當，並有64.9%的民眾認為，特偵組監聽並公布通話內容是違法的。
此外，有51.2%的民眾認為，馬總統要求立法院長王金平下台是違憲的，69.4%的民眾認為，國民黨撤銷王金平黨籍不適當，54.9%的民眾認為，本案造成台灣的政局不安。另外，有七成的民眾認為，馬總統堅持撤銷王金平黨籍，是進行黨內鬥爭，只有將近兩成民眾認為，是為了維護司法。
