| 募兵制延後 蕭美琴:國軍幫馬擦屁股

國防部今天下午宣布募兵制延至2017年實施。民進黨立委蕭美琴表示，原本明年開始實施的全募兵制，因募兵成效不佳將延後兩年實施，這又是一個三軍統帥當初決策沒有規畫好、為了選票政策一夕數變的做法，不只把國家安全當作政治操弄的工具，同時也影響了九萬名役男和整個部隊人力結構的調整，整個國軍「幫統帥一個人擦屁股」、收拾善後。
