| 承認王院長身分 林鴻池尷尬：權責單位認定

【李英婷／台北報導】國民黨撤銷王金平黨籍，雖然中選會認定王金平已喪失立委資格，不再是立法院長，但王金平仍堅持自己還有權力行使立法院長職權，因此今早再度回到立院主持朝野協商。國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池也準時步入協商會場。 林鴻池強調，自己會出席，是希望把握各種協商機會，讓行政院長江宜樺施政報告、審計長的人事同意權案，及各項重大法案推動，都能順利進行。

【羅惠齡／綜合報導】洋基、金鶯本季最後一次對戰，金鶯由台灣左投陳偉殷先發，他投6.1局共用107球，被打7支安打，包括兩發全壘打、失5分，9次三振，平了本季個人單場最多三振成績，退場時為敗投候選人，隊友8下3分砲追平比數，讓他敗投解套，但9上，救援投手強森(Jim Johnson)送出暴投丟分，終場金鶯以5比6輸球，金鶯吞3連敗。

【政治中心／台北報導】被國民黨撤銷黨籍的王金平，今仍照預定行程在立法院主持有關下周二立院開議日議程的朝野協商。參與協商的民進黨團書記長吳秉叡稍早在臉書貼出協商會場照片，強調：「國民黨黨團三長都親自與會，承認今天立法院長仍然是王金平！」
