【蔡文英／台北報導】日本前首相菅直人今天上午在台北接受《蘋果》專訪，針對日本政府最近提出，要在福島第一核電廠建造圍阻污染水的擋水牆。菅直人表示，因電廠下方原本就有地下水流過。2011年事發後就知道會有地下水污染問題。
