| 路倒男施打毒品 辯乞討獲贈海洛因

【蕭夙眉／台中報導】台中市一名何姓男子（46歲，毒品、竊盜前科）被人發現路倒送醫，經檢查何男過量施打海洛因，身體無法承受而昏迷，他清醒後坦言施打海洛因，卻辯稱海洛因不是他買的，無法提供警方向何人購買。他辯稱自己使用海洛因12年，沒有工作，身上已沒有錢，毒癮發作受不了，跑到豐原區第一公有零售市場向人乞討，遇人就問：「有沒有四號仔（意指海洛因）？」一名綽號「阿貴」的吸毒男子看他可憐，提供免費的海洛因給他使用，警方認為何嫌故意供出上線給警方，今天依照違反毒品危害防制條例函送法辦。
