| 開車醉倒路邊 警以為違停逮酒駕

【戴之聖／基隆報導】基隆市警局碇內派出所警員於昨天凌晨2時許，接獲民眾檢舉表示，住家巷口有自小客車違停擋住車道，警方前往了解發現38歲的吳姓男子醉倒趴在方向盤上，警員示意吳男搖下車窗並要勸他駛離車道，卻聞到吳男渾身酒味，於是立即要求酒測，吳男酒測值達0.4毫克，隨後帶回派出所。
