【吳家翔／台北報導】民進黨主席蘇貞昌今受訪時表示，當憲政秩序被馬總統破壞到這麼嚴重的這個時候，釋憲、倒閣、彈劾與罷免都是可以積極考慮的憲政作為，民進黨團今開會時，會就4個憲政作為積極討論。蘇不諱言，這4個憲政作為難度都很高，彈劾理由書與罷免理由書都要準備，「相關要提出的有些受人數限制，我們的實力還不夠，也都要積極串聯，民進黨審時度勢，為所當為」。
