【李銘宏／新北報導】今天凌晨2時許，新北市消防局接獲民眾報案，位在泰山區民生路一處民宅冒出大量濃煙，警消到達現場發現一間鐵皮倉庫已經全面燃燒，消防局已加派人車前往現場搶救中。

【綜合報導】強颱萬宜昨晨從愛知縣登陸日本中部，挾強風豪雨沿著本州一路襲向東北，京都等關西地區下起數十年難得一見的豪雨，下令疏散近57萬人。京都知名賞楓景點嵐山渡月橋被暴漲河水淹得只剩橋面，旅館出動小船載房客逃難。颱風在日造成至少3死6失蹤129傷，打亂新幹線和國內線航空交通。
