【姚惠珍／台北報導】中油今舉行新舊任總經理交接儀式，勞工董事孫志偉以及吳光興以潑墨抗議整起人事案黑箱作業，質疑董事長林聖忠獨裁專政違反規定，也對卸任總經理孔祥雲抱屈，而孔祥雲則表示：「雖然任期有點短且有點突然，但是過程很愉快、心裡也很坦然。」
