| 大埔徵收案 部分須撤銷

苗栗大埔拆遷案中28拆遷戶提行政訴訟請求撤銷內政部徵收土地的處分，台中高等行政法院昨（3）日更一審判決彭秀春等八人獲勝訴，法院認定，內政部審議此徵收案有多項瑕疵，連徵收土地要做為高鐵車站用地或竹科竹南基地都前後不一，因此撤銷內政部部分徵收處分。
至於被拆遷戶陳文彬等20人，法院則認為，陳等人已領得苗栗縣政府發給補償費並存入保管專戶，已完成補償程序，再提異議有違誠信原則，因此予以駁回。
