【張芳榮／台北報導】新北市三重1名42歲莊姓男子，2個多月前與父親爭吵，莊男認為父親老是責罵他不學好，2人吵完後，莊男獨自坐在客廳整夜喝酒、抽煙，沒想到從沙發上醒來，竟發現手腳不能動、嘴巴無法說話，家人才發現莊男中風，立即送醫治療。昨天傍晚巡邏警員發現莊男步履蹣跚過馬路，又因中風無法說話，帶他回警局後通知家人，意外發現莊男因為竊盜案被通緝，仍依法將他送辦。
