| 張森文身亡 張家設簡易靈堂

大埔「張藥房」老闆張森文因溺斃身亡，張家人度過守靈夜，今天強打精神，在住處一樓設起靈堂、棚架，擺設簡單的鮮花、衣物等，供親友拈香憑弔，約20多人留在張家，氣氛肅靜平和。
今天正逢中秋佳節，張森文的兒子面對喪父打擊，面對媒體詢問，忍不住氣憤說，縣長劉政鴻要道歉抵命，「只要還我爸爸的命來，就原諒你」，縣府表示，案由檢警查明死因，其餘不予回應。

| 移民署辦外配調查，籲請配合

為瞭解在台外籍與大陸配偶生活狀況與照顧服務需求，移民署即日起至10月31日辦理「102年外籍與大陸配偶生活需求調查」，請受訪戶配合調查訪問。
內政部統計示，截至102年6月底，外籍與大陸配偶人數計480,048人。移民署長謝立功表示，為瞭解當前外籍與大陸配偶家庭生活、生育情形、子女狀況、工作狀況、醫療保健需求及照顧輔導措施的供需狀況，依據「人口政策白皮書」具體措施規定，每5年應辦理移入人口生活狀況調查，以建構全國性資料庫，本項調查結果將作為政府推動相關政策措施參考，以針對婚姻移民的生活需求，積極規畫、落實各項照顧輔導服務。
