| 秋節前勞軍 馬慰勉留守官兵

今天是中秋，馬英九總統在臉書發文表示，昨天他提前到中部地區慰勉國軍部隊，提醒辛勞的留守官兵要與家人保持聯絡。他指出，我國兵役制度從今年起實施募兵制，兵制雖改變但訓練強度不變，因為「兵者國之大事」、「執干戈以衛社稷」，不能馬虎。
馬總統說，7月發生的洪仲丘案影響多數國軍官兵形象，讓民眾對軍中人權保障產生疑慮。政府實施13項管教的整體改革，未來違反「陸海空軍刑法」、「陸海空軍懲罰法」的案例都交由普通法院審判，希望幾個月內完成2大目標的改革，提升國軍人權的保障，恢復社會對國軍的信心。
