【陳建緯／台北報導】台北市1名40歲謝姓身障男子，今早10許獨自1人乘坐電動輪椅，在石牌捷運站內往淡水方向的月台上等車，突然連人帶車衝入捷運軌道上，被1輛正在進站的列車輾過當場死亡。

【劉人瑋／台東報導】天兔颱風逼近，東部沿海風強浪大，許多海岸線已圍上封鎖線，今天海岸公路仍聚集了許多遊客，趁台東的大晴天冒險拍大浪，連市區內餐飲業者都說，「外地客不怕颱風，今天到處都看得到外地遊客出現在台東市區每個角落」。另方面由於岸巡人員驅趕觀浪民眾的情況下，在太麻里鄉的多良車站這時卻成為熱門景點，不僅能和火車合照，還能同時安全在高處看浪。
