| 公路總局：台二線必要時封路

交通部公路總局第一區養護工程處20日表示，台二線濱海公路75到84公里處，於康芮颱風過後發生多次落石，中秋假期前緊急移除兩處危石，但後方山勢難料，雨勢過大仍有落石危險。
公路總局指出，20日晚間7點到21日午6點，21日晚間7點到22日上午6點兩個時段，將實施管制通行，如有致災雨勢，將會機動封閉該路段，提醒駕駛人注意。

| 天兔颱風 台東交通異動

受到天兔颱風影響，德安航空飛往綠島及蘭嶼班機明天全面停飛，而立榮航空台北對飛台東的班機，明天中午以前班次全面停飛，中午過後則視天候狀況而定；至於華信航空明天全部航班則視狀況開放班機。
另台鐵表示，為因應天兔颱風又需輸運旅客，南迴線今天晚上6點50分加開台東至新左營復興號1班次，9點3分707次高雄至台東莒光號及11點313次高雄至台東自強號停駛；北迴線今晚11點606次台北至台東莒光號及11點30分5028次台北至台東莒光號停駛。
