【綜合報導】強颱天兔暴風圈今天凌晨碰觸台灣陸地，中央氣象局表示未來24小時將是天兔影響台灣最顯著的時候，提醒民眾要小心防範。
中央氣象局表示，台灣沿海地區已出現8-9級的強陣風，其中蘭嶼的17級，還有東吉島11級，梧棲的10級陣風最為強勁，東半部沿海也出現6米以上浪高，台東甚至還出現10米以上浪高，提醒民眾颱風期間不適合海面上活動。
