【蔡進男／新北報導】「天兔」颱風帶來豐沛雨量，位於瑞芳區員山子分洪道，目前水位達61.96公尺，逼近62.5公尺警戒線，由於雨量已逐漸加遽，河川局人員預估到晚上8時許有可能到達警戒，若水位達63公尺，將會開始分洪，把洪水導流入海。

據美國《連線》雜誌報導，蘋果公司為新產品引進了指紋識別功能，自此社會各界一直話題不斷，其中不乏贊同者，也不乏反對者，盡管他們的理由都大不相同，但鮮少有人從法律方面考慮這個問題。據悉，倘若該技術得到廣泛使用，那麼美國公民目前所享受的某些法律福利，很可能也隨之消散。
