【余思維／台北報導】開車時的精神狀態要保持良好！今早10時許在承德路發生1起翻車意外，一度傳出有人受困車內，所幸警消抵達時，駕駛已自行爬出車外，這起車禍還波及2輛停放路旁車輛，造成肇事駕駛及另1名車主受傷送醫。

| 蘭嶼之星「鬼盜船」上岸

【劉人瑋／台東報導】因纜繩斷掉被颱風大浪衝出港外的「蘭嶼之星」渡輪，20日晚間從台東富岡漁港「出發」，由於船齡超過20年又無人駕駛在海漂流，被民眾戲稱為「鬼盜船」。歷經2天無動力的漂流，今天早上養蝦的黃姓民眾，在達仁鄉海邊發現蘭嶼之星船尾斷裂橫陳岸邊，結束直線距離超過70公里的航程。

【高堂堯／南投報導】天兔颱風風聲大雨點小，南投縣上午8點半解除陸上警報、災害應變中心也在9點撤除，今天正常上班上課。颱風過境期間僅仁愛、信義鄉局部山區雨勢較大，造成投89線7K、4K、38K，以及投59線8K、台81線93K+300等5處道路坍方。
