| 2013新北市北海岸國際風箏節 遇見箏幸福

 「2013新北市北海岸國際風箏節」9月28日、29日於石門區白沙灣、風箏公園舉行，特別邀請到首度來台的瑞典隊Andreas，帶來酒瓶串型風箏，其靈感源自於瑞典福特加酒及上班族生活，紐西蘭隊Peter Lynn的魟魚、章魚等大型氣囊風箏，日本隊的臉譜風箏，韓國隊的江南style造型風箏，將熱鬧的騎馬舞融入特技風箏表演，山東濰坊風箏隊則是帶來極具地方特色的飛天馬風箏。除了風箏表演外，特別安排了國際六角風箏競技、特技風箏聯演求婚造勢及夜光風箏表演，活動會場中還有風動藝術展示、風箏工藝展、風箏DIY、特技風箏教學、風箏創意市集與農特產市集等，要讓民眾能以多元的方式一同享受玩風箏的樂趣，體驗風箏與風動之美。
9月28日在石門白沙灣、石門風箏公園舉行，除了觀賞國內外好手的放飛外，更安排了許多讓民眾體驗和參與的活動，9月28日10:00每日限量600份主題小風箏大放送，只要集滿3枚不同款的大會戳章即可兌換。還有免費的「風箏DIY」、「特技風箏教學」，想要參加的民眾，可於活動當天到現場報名，其中風箏DIY每日4場次，每場50名，活動前1小時開始受理報名；特技風箏教學每日1場，每場20名，於活動前30分鐘至石門風箏公園大會服務台現場報名。
