| 查張森文溺斃案 警抽乾潭水測量水深

【吳傑沐／苗栗報導】苗栗檢警調查「張藥房」張森文溺斃案，由於這幾天有名嘴誇張說水深「只有30公分」，並不足以造成溺斃，檢警為杜悠悠之口，今天下午1時許，動用每分鐘抽水5噸的大馬力抽水馬達，將潭水抽乾進行測量。初步測量最深228公分，當天發現張森文遺體位置，測得水深約217公分，周邊1公尺範圍水深也達200公分；另外現場目測，乾涸水底也並無可疑物品。

| 江揆上台 民進黨團提一道歉二要求

【黃揚明／台北報導】民進黨立院黨團今開黨團會議討論明天立法院會攻防策略，會後黨團書記長吳秉叡表示，民進黨團態度非常堅持，要求行政院長江宜樺對他紊亂憲政秩序的部分道歉，並同意廢除特偵組相關法案在兩周內排入司法委員會審查、率領檢察總長黃世銘到立院針對監聽案專案報告並成立調閱委員會兩項要求，否則不可能讓江揆上台施政報告。
