| 包裝米不實 農委會將嚴罰300萬

農糧署日前抽驗26家業者生產的127件產品，結果共有24件包裝米品種標示不合格，引起社會一片譁然。農委會副主委陳文德24日出席「米博覽會」展前記者會上表示，農委會將新增《糧食法》條文，把最高罰則從20萬元提高為300萬元，對於情節嚴重者甚至可以勒令歇業，或是撤照處分，預計在立法院這會期提出審議。

| 郝龍斌在議會答詢 反對核四公投

民進黨台北市議員洪健益24日晚間，在市議會質詢市長郝龍斌對核四公投的看法。郝龍斌說，核四與公投是兩回事，「我反對核四公投」，核四是否繼續運作是專業問題，要在安全評估下來決定，不是以公投解決；大家都知道公投核四是否續建，但並非對核四有專業的了解，甚至不知道，如此公投只增加紛擾。
