利比亞石油產量攀升，加上敘利亞軍事危機緩和，市場預期中東油產可能減少疑慮也隨之紓解，國際油價下跌，國內油價也連三周調降。中油、台塑化宣布，國內各式汽油價格每公升降價0.3元、柴油價格降價0.4元。

| 巨石坍 南迴公路一度大塞車

天兔遠離，昨天原本開放通行的南迴公路，多處路段又發生零星土石坍方，金崙路段419公里處，有大型巨石崩落，造成南下北上車輛一度回堵5公里，幸經公路總局搶通，才恢復雙向通行，紓解秋節連假車潮。
假期最後一天，公路總局為紓解車潮，昨天早上8點開放南迴公路台東香蘭至屏東新路段，但台東雨勢仍斷斷續續，接近上午10點，南迴公路421公里處就發生土石泥流淹蓋路面，雙車道受阻。
