【王玉樹／台北報導】10月1日電價將調漲，經濟部能源局日前公告「優惠電價收費辦法」及「身障家庭維生輔具用電優惠」，庇護工場、立案社會福利機構及護理之家、身障家庭維生輔具4類族群，即日起可向所在地縣市政府申請用電優惠，由地方政府造冊送往台電給予優惠。

台北市教育局長丁亞雯因家庭因素向台北市長郝龍斌請辭，丁亞雯表示，由於家裡發生一些事情，導致她無法兼顧局長這項工作，因此向市長請辭，由林奕華議員接任，她很放心。新任教育局長林奕華將從10月1日接任。

10月1日接任台北市教育局長的林奕華，父親也是前任教育局長林昭賢，林奕華表示，她要接下這份工作時，有與父母親商量過，父親鼓勵她「尊重她的決定，但一定要為自己的決定負責」。
