| 增聘外勞 台經部研議放寬3K5級制

【大紀元2013年09月26日訊】（大紀元記者莊麗存台灣台北報導）為解決台商回台投資障礙，包括人力等問題，經濟部與勞委會正在研議放寬台灣「3K5級制」，可比照台商回台投資進用外勞上限40%，只要企業增繳每名外勞的就業安定費，即可增聘外勞。
經濟部26日在行政院會提「推動民間重大投資之成效」報告，會後工業局長沈榮津表示，為吸引廠商來台投資及解決台灣產業面臨勞動力不足問題，正與勞委會研議放寬台灣3K5級制（3K：辛苦、骯髒、危險行業；5級制：依進用本勞數額可按10%、15%、20%、25%、35%比例進用外勞），可比照台商回台投資進用外勞上限40%，但企業要增繳外勞就業安定費。
