| 奇美藝品搬遷 上演動物大遷徙

奇美博物館動物標本搬新家，以吊車懸掛重達百公斤的大型動物標本。

奇美博物館新館預定今年下半年開館，舊館萬件藝術收藏品陸續搬遷。館方昨天出動大型吊車及拖板車，以懸吊方式替自然史展場14件大型動物標本搬新家，重達百公斤的非洲象、長頸鹿等從天而降後再陸運，形成另類的「動物大遷徙」。
「我們也是第一次遇到，是個大挑戰。」奇美博物館自然史展場負責人陳瑞卿說，這次搬運的大型動物標本包含非洲象、長頸鹿、白犀牛、河馬、雙峰駱駝及阿拉斯加麋鹿等，每一件都上百公斤，其中又以非洲象300公斤最重。
