王金平黨籍爭議假處分抗告案，外傳黨內考慮另提行政訴訟或去函中選會要求遞補詹滿容為國民黨不分區立委。國民黨表示，相關說法都屬臆測。目前全案還在司法訴訟中，相關策略及應對皆交由律師團處理；至於馬主席態度依然是「訴訟照打、政務照推」，他會努力把政局安定下來。

| 懲處王億？林永樂：研議

駐美代表處新聞組長王億日前在「華盛頓郵報」網路貼文引發爭議，外交部長林永樂今天表示，將在研議後續懲處方式。立法院外交國防委員會的民進黨立委擬邀駐美代表金溥聰回台，到委員會說明及備詢。
民進黨立委蕭美琴踢爆，王億日前在華郵的投書，內容以「前國會議長」稱呼立法院長王金平，甚至還有情緒性評論，違反行政中立原則。金溥聰今天對此表達歉意；王億也聲明，貼文並未有任何人授意、無關駐處立場。
