| 蔣尚義退休 張忠謀布局受關注

（中央社記者張建中新竹27日電）晶圓代工廠台積電執行副總經理暨共同營運長蔣尚義將於10月31日退休。台積電董事長暨總執行長張忠謀未來接班布局備受關注。
台積電今天宣布，蔣尚義將於10月31日退休，不過，未來仍將繼續擔任董事長顧問，並將列席董事會，擔任諮詢工作；蔣尚義退休後，研發組織11月1日起將直接對張忠謀負責。
