| 專家驚曝三峽大壩致命缺陷 中共海陸空防「孤狼」百姓

【大紀元2013年09月28日訊】（大紀元記者陳怡蓮綜合報導）中共國務院近期公佈《長江三峽水利樞紐安全保衛條例》，引外界關注。近日，旅居德國的著名水利專家王維洛披露，三峽大壩結構存在致命缺陷，是一個「三溝百孔」的奶酪般的大壩；中共新防衛條例其實是針對中國百姓。
三峽大壩自2006年建成後，便由武警部隊而非一般警察駐守，安全戒備已是最高級別，然而中共當局還是覺得不安全。近期將三峽樞紐範圍劃分為海、陸、空三個保衛區，實行出入限制，所有飛行活動必須得到批准。
