台大醫師柯文哲到底選不選台北市長，上午接受媒體訪問時，柯文哲表示，連勝文也還沒表態，就表示不急，大家繼續準備，下午會回新竹一趟，和父親再商談。
柯文哲說，要說「準備」，其實永遠不會完全準備好，但至少要準備到「可以」的程度，還是需要時間。不管選不選，柯文哲認為他這段時間的經歷，至少可以寫出對台灣社會的重要觀察。

| 民進黨批監聽立法院是台版水門案

特偵組疑似監聽立法院總機，民進黨立委邱議瑩在臉書質疑，違法監聽立法院，如果這不是台灣水門案，那什麼才是台灣水門案？如果這不是違法亂紀，什麼才是違法亂紀？
民進黨立委鄭麗君也在臉書說，世界是2013，我們是1984。她引用作家喬治歐威爾的著作「1984」，質疑國家以不當手段監視人民。民進黨立委葉宜津臉書批評，監聽整個國會，美國總統尼克森也沒這麼好膽。
