| 陳冲：台新彰銀案 恐陷違規

拖延長達八年的台新彰銀案，爭議遲遲未解。前行政院長、現任總統府資政陳冲昨（28）日詳述歷史緣由後表示，最初戰略有點錯誤，導致現在就算財政部釋出公股，不論台新金接不接的下來，雙重槓桿比率都有可能違規。
陳冲昨天在東吳大學開講，第二堂課以金改議題為主題。陳冲引述日前自己撰述的文章《欲「彰」彌蓋──彰銀案的去從》，向學生解釋台新彰銀案的來龍去脈。
