【黃揚明／台北報導】監聽國會事件持續延燒，民進黨立委葉宜津傍晚在立法院司法委員會要求台北地院提供特偵組當初聲請監聽立法院「0972」門號的理由書。但台北地院、法務部長羅瑩雪都稱，因特偵組被告發，該資料因被台北地檢署調卷，偵查中案件無法提供。引發朝野立委不滿，召委呂學樟嗆：「如果沒拿來就是公然藐視國會！」
