【綜合報導】美國參議院在台灣時間1日凌晨2點，開會表決共和黨提出的預算案附帶條件，也就是將歐巴馬總統的醫療改革法案擱置1年，結果以54票對46票，否決附帶條件，2黨現在剩下不到12小時，解決歧見。
