【張菱育╱台北報導】信義與永慶2大房仲業者9月業績出爐，發現全台都會區中古屋交易，無論房價漲跌或交易量走勢，2大房仲幾近「不同調」；以台北市房價為例，永慶統計月漲1%，信義卻下滑2%。學者指出，房市已開始洗牌，使各業者的成交價量出現明顯落差，估未來1~2年房價將下修。
