| 總統總長通電 羅瑩雪：不是電話聯繫都叫關說

【李英婷／台北報導】檢察總長黃世銘坦承，在9月6日特偵組開完記者會後，馬英九總統有打電話給他，有立委認為總統不宜與檢察總長聯絡，批評離譜至極。 對此，法務部長羅瑩雪今赴國會受訪時表示，與總統通話是否構成關說疑慮，端看通話內容，不是有電話聯繫都叫關說。
羅瑩雪呼籲，社會要多點思考，不要表面上抓到點東西就大做文章，甚至擴大解釋到違反常識的程度。
