| 倒閣解散國會？江揆：發動權在國會

行政立法兩院僵局至今沒有化解跡象，是否可能透過倒閣、解散國會化解僵局的聲音引起討論。行政院長江宜樺上午在立法院受訪時表示，倒閣必須先由立法院提出不信任案，行政院再提起總統解散國會，發動權在國會。是否是可行方式？他說，倒閣是憲政上重要機制，近日被提出思考、討論，行政院做為當事者，不便表示意見，尊重國會決定。
【中央社╱台北1日電】行政院長江宜樺今天說，解散國會須先由立法院通過對行政院長不信任案，這是立法院職權，尊重立法院決定。

| 國防部赴金門 祭祀八二三殉職記者

民國47年9月26日，中外記者團赴金門採訪台海戰事，所搭乘的LVT兩棲運輸車卻中途沈沒，六名記者殉職。國防部與軍事新聞研究會今天前往金門太武山烈士公墓，向六名殉職記者靈位上香致敬。
六名殉職記者是新生報徐摶九、中華日報吳旭、徵信新聞魏晉孚、攝影新聞傅資生、日本讀賣新聞安田延之、韓國日報崔秉宇。
