【何哲欣／台北報導】在野黨立委杯葛行政院長江宜樺上台施政報告，王金平召集朝野協商，江揆上午都在議場後小房間休息未現身，其餘閣員只能在座位上找事做打發時間。行政院副院長毛治國直接在桌上用蘋果MacBook上網最顯眼，一旁的內政部長李鴻源也相當好奇。行政院秘書長陳威仁與行政院發言人鄭麗文，也都拿起iPad當低頭族。
