【大紀元2013年10月01日訊】（大紀元記者陸青亭英國倫敦報導）2013年9月27日，聯合國「跨政府氣候變遷小組」（IPCC）發佈氣候研究警告，稱人類「極其可能」就是造成全球暖化現象的罪魁禍首。並重申暖化警訊，呼籲各國政府趕緊行動，共同抵抗全球暖化。聯合國此前在2001年和2007年各有此類報告發表，但各國政府並未採取相應程度的措施，環境保護的應對力度不盡人意。10月30日，19歲男孩帕克‧里奧陶德（Parker Liautaud）在倫敦宣佈征途南極，支持環保。
